What we do, we do Best
The best reason to be a specialized equipment supplier is that build a deep body of knowledge that helps your clients and decreases issues and delays that plague construction. Since 2018 focused on Commercial Kitchen Ventilation and it is what we continue to do today.
We go beyond hoods and fans — providing full-service design, equipment selection, installation assist, commissioning, performance verification and long-term maintenance so your spaces stay comfortable, safe, and compliant with acceptable indoor air quality.
What to ask for before you start
We take the viewpoint of "if not us then who?" mindset to kitchen IAQ. The building blocks of success include the following:
Needs analysis & site assessment — working with the Client along with Engineers and Designers we confirm cooking loads, equipment layout, building and space limits, and maintenance considerations
System design — after confirming the actual usage and expectation we assemble the options available to be reviewed by the stakeholders
Equipment selection — at this point we make sure all the machines and equipment required for are included and detailed on the drawings
Professional installation — while we don't install equipment, we make sure the installers have access to all the information and contacts they need to make the project a success
Commissioning & verification — Range Hoods are a mix if science and art. While airflow balancing provides metrics, smoke verification and IAQ testing are required to confirm the system is working as designed
Preventive maintenance & service — scheduled inspections, filter changes, and remote or on-site troubleshooting to keep IAQ acceptable over time.
We design and deliver complete indoor-cooking ventilation systems tailored to the needs of restaurants, multi-unit housing, communal kitchens and high-performance homes. Our work covers every step of the lifecycle:
Why “beyond the hood” matters
A hood alone cannot guarantee healthy indoor air. Cooking emissions, building tightness, HVAC integration, and user behaviour all influence indoor air quality. We engineer whole-system solutions so exhaust rates, make-up air, filtration and controls work together — minimizing pollution, odors and excess energy use while meeting code and occupant expectations.
Benefits for building owners & operators
Proven IAQ: measurable reductions in fine particles, grease, and odors.
Energy-smart design: demand-controlled ventilation and optimized make-up air save operating costs.
Fewer service calls: correct installation and proactive maintenance reduce downtime.
Regulatory peace of mind: systems designed to meet local codes and commercial standards.
Better occupant comfort: lower noise, balanced temperatures, and reliable ventilation.
Who we serve
Restaurants, cafes, institutional kitchens, multifamily buildings, single-family high-performance homes, developers and architects seeking integrated ventilation solutions that prioritize health, performance and longevity.
How we work
We start with a conversation. After a site assessment we deliver a clear scope, budget estimate and schedule. From design to handover we provide documented testing, user training, and maintenance plans to keep systems performing as intended.
